About Us
Muddy Murphy's was designed and built to scale in Dublin, Ireland 15 years ago. It was then disassembled and shipped to Singapore [in six 40-foot containers] and installed at its current location by 15 specialist Irish Pub fitters. There can be no expense was spared in re-creating the magic of the Emerald Isle 7,000 miles away!
Food
Food at Muddy Murphy’s offers a fresh take on traditional Irish cuisine with both Pub Classic and Pub Gastronomy dishes on the menu. Expect to see Traditional Irish Stew, Beef and Guinness Pie, Bangers ‘n’ Mash and Fish ‘n’ Chips alongside Spatchcock Quail with Truffle-Infused Spinach and Gammon Braised in Cider.
Drinks
Muddy Murphy's complements its ambience and time-honoured customer service with first rate food and beverages, and really sets the standards with the quality of the beer it serves. Fine Irish Ales such as Kilkenny (a creamy red ale) and Draught Guinness (Ireland's most famous of beers) are without doubt the order of the day.
